What to do on the day of your PRC Registration? Just follow this simple steps:

1. Pass your accomplished Oath Form (notarized and with metered stamp) at PRC 5^th Floor for Verification.
2. Wait for you to be called. Oath Form will be returned with a card (not the PRC Card, I just don’t know what it’s called.).
3. Go to PRC 3^rd floor and pay P1050. Prepare your Oath Form and the exact amount.
4. After paying, Go to PRC 5^th Floor and present your receipt, card and oath form (stapled, there will be a PRC personnel to staple it for you) together with SHORT brown envelope with name and profession containing ONLY the 1 Passport Size picture with name.
5. Answer the given form (back to back). Prepare your 1×1 picture with name. Put your thumb mark.
6. Don’t forget your claim stub

NOTE:

*Come at 8:00AM so that you’ll not be hanged due to Lunch Break (like me, when I was registering)
*Bring entertainment gadgets (just in case you’re alone)
*Bring food (due to lunch break)
*The process is short, easy and simple so DON’T WORRY. It is not like the scenario during the application for board exam.
*You can accomplish it in just 30 minutes. (For those who are lucky. LOL!)
