		<description>heyyy same prob tayo,,lalo d2 maghapon ako nsa a.c di ako pinapawisan and now winter is coming hayyyzz mas lalo prob skin.For me wat i do is yoga since hypertensive ako di ako pwede ng straineous exercise and of course control sa rice and sodas (culprit sa paglaki ng chan)..Nite time after work i walk from my shop to my house which takes around 20 minutes (fast walking 15 min will do)..Tama ang trick mo sa damit and posing kc ginagawa ko din yan.LOL..lam mo naman ang Tita mo VOLUPTOUS!!!like ur mom also..LOL..keep posting nalilibang ako nwwla ang homesick ko..tgc</description>
